Order events use a fixed Event ID to prevent duplicate delivery.
Events appear here after a customer opens a tracked menu or completes an order.
Privacy protection:Customer phone numbers are not shown. Matching data is stored only as a SHA-256 hash, and nothing is sent externally without live credentials.
