Version 21 August 2026 · Pilot terms
SMOAI Terms of Service
These terms apply to restaurants using SMOAI pilot and production services.
Accounts and restaurant responsibilities
Merchants must provide accurate information, protect access, and are responsible for menus, prices, allergens, opening hours, orders, refunds, advertising, employee information and legal compliance. AI, payroll and advertising suggestions must be reviewed.
Third-party services and acceptable use
Square, Stripe, Google, Meta, messaging, email and other connections are also governed by provider terms. Users must not access another business’s data, send marketing without consent, upload illegal content, misuse calls or commit fraud.
Data, availability and termination
Merchants retain rights to their content and business data. Pilot features may change. Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected. Merchants may request export, deletion or termination subject to legal retention duties.
Final commercial terms should identify the operating entity, ABN, pricing and support arrangements and be reviewed by an Australian lawyer.
